Feeling old and tired today,
Winter brings back the same aches and pains that come every year.
Only a few more months to go, but the last months are the worst.
The dog has the right idea, long naps on the comforter,
he knows what to do.
I go out in the snowstorm and bring you home your favourite supper,
and hero again I drive to to the grocery store, we have supplies for the week.
Winter seems so long, but the days are getting longer.
Ever so slowly.
